Our Great God

Fernado Ortega, Our Great God from aims2008 on GodTube.com.
Would you please include my daughter, Julie, in your prayers today. She has a herniated disc that is touching her sciatic nerve, causing excruciating pain. Her MRI shows severe condition, prognosis surgery. I pray to Jesus that surgery does not come. Maybe treatments would be sufficient.

Thank you so much for your prayers.

 Have a wonderful day, folks!

Fernando Ortega Sing Allelu

I love Fernando Ortega's music.
On GodTube, a church, I think, put together a video
with Mr. Ortega singing "Sing Allelu" from the Ode collection.

Enjoy!

Have a wonderful evening, folks!

Shout to the Lord-GodTube

Good evening, world!

I just watched from GodTube singers
singing Shout to the Lord from Season 7,
American Idol.

I am not an American Idol fan, but when
I see young singers singing to our Lord,
wow!

It is time to share.

Have a wonderful evening, folks!

Chicken Chili, Hm Hm Good

It was chicken chili day.
I was in another world, getting my frozen
tomato sauce from the freezer this
morning and letting it thaw.

My husband and I harvested our home grown
tomatoes this past fall. He makes
the best tomato sauce with home grown herbs and
our store bought garlic.

Early this morning I put a cup of pinto beans
in a pan with water to soak for a few hours.
Late morning my husband washed the beans
and placed clean water on them; then he cooked
them for a couple hours.

I cut the chicken breast in cubes, salt and pepper the meat,
and seared the meat in olive oil,
in my Revere Ware stainless steel 4 1/2
quart Dutch oven.

I then added to the chicken my freezer tomato sauce,
pinto beans, onions, chili powder, cumin,
and more salt to taste. Then, I cooked
on low for 45 minutes.

The chicken chili was very thick.

Have a wonderful day, folks!
