Pray for My Son

Would you pray with me today for my son.

He is 35 years old and a 12 year kidney

transplantation recipient. He has developed

and has been diagnosed with DVT (deep vein thrombosis).

Please ask Jesus to heal him and protect him

from this condition.

Psalm 121:

"I lift up my eyes to the hills--were does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.

He will not let your foot slip--he who watches over you will not slumber; indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.

The Lord watches over you--the Lord is your shade at your right hand; the sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night.

The Lord will keep you from all harm--he will watch over your life; the lord will watch over your coming and going

both now and forever more." 

Amen.

Computer Cleaning

It was a beautiful day to clean the

inside of computer tower.

I unplugged everything from my tower, 

took it outside, and then used

my husband's compressor to gently

blow all the dust bunnies from the inside.

It is cool to have my computer free from dust.

I still like the computer tower, keyboard, and a LED 

monitor, my workhorse. Most people have pitched these

components and replaced with a laptop or notebook.

It is whatever you prefer. Today, the younger people

have pitched the laptop or notebook and replaced this 

with phones that do most everything.

Don't forget to thank Jesus for your day.

the Yukon Quest series by Tracie Peterson. I read in the late
afternoons and especially in the evenings.

My goodness, her writing captivates

this reader.

I try to use what I can from my husband's garden, parsley and cilantro.

My favorite daughter-in-law sent me this link for this recipe. You

I make all my beans from dry. As the author states in her recipe, she does the same thing. Dry beans are cheaper than can beans. It is so easy to process the dry beans.

The ingredients are as follows:

• ChickPeas/garbanzo beans
• Parsley
• Cilantro
• Salt
• Cumin
• Garlic
• Onion
• Cayenne
• Chickpea Flour/Rice Flour/Regular flour (1/4 cup)
• Baking powder
