I try to use what I can from my husband's garden, parsley and cilantro.

I make all my beans from dry. As the author states in her recipe, she does the same thing. Dry beans are cheaper than can beans. It is so easy to process the dry beans.
The ingredients are as follows:
- ChickPeas/garbanzo beans
- Parsley
- Cilantro
- Salt
- Cumin
- Garlic
- Onion
- Cayenne
- Chickpea Flour/Rice Flour/Regular flour (1/4 cup)
- Baking powder
