Good afternoon!
For two and 1/2 hours this morning I played with a recipe.
I took a basic muffin recipe (Muffins, Infinite Ways)
from Mark Bittman's
website: http://content.markbittman.com/
I replaced the flour with chickpea flour.
These muffins are delicious with
his basic ingredients.
In a few seconds, my other muffin batch should be done.
This muffin batch is made with rice flour.
Since I have all these food allergies, it gives me
great pleasure to play with recipes; and
there is nothing that can beat food when
making from scratch.
