Even in the Heat
With our long days and days
of oppressive heat in Michigan,
it is the day our Lord
has made.
Our heat spell is very unusual
for Michigan weather; however,
we must endure.
We need rain badly: our
farming crops, gardens, and
flowers.
By the weather, it sounds as if
south of us, Detroit area, has
had considerably amounts of
rain.

He is Everywhere
Good morning.
He is everywhere.
We cannot run from God.
When I make the bed, he is there.
He is there in this oppressive heat in Michigan.
When I watch our outside birds take
a bath in a water dish that my husband placed
out in the garden, he is there.
As I am driving to garage sales, he is there.
I am so blessed that God is everywhere with me.

King of Glory
Good morning.
What a spectacular morning in Michigan.
Where my husband and I live
in Michigan we need rain.
Other parts of Michigan received
rain yesterday and through the
night.
We are still watering our vegetable
garden and our flowers.
