I am on my third day of giving up coffee.
It has been a terrible ride, but with Jesus
by my side, I am making it.
But, that is just it. You have to make it.
With the terrible headaches and nausea from
not drinking coffee, I couldn't give up; and,
I have hardly eaten in three days.
The experience of what caffeine does to
the body when not consuming it, I never
want to drink coffee again.
I couldn't get rid of the big bags under my eyes.
When I read that there are mold properties in
coffee and tea, I decided it would be best
to give up coffee. I have mold allergies, and I didn't
know that coffee and tea have these properties.
All ready on my third day, my bags under the eyes are less.
The food with mold properties I have eliminated from
my intake.
All this with Jesus by my side giving me his support and wisdom.
