Food Allergies and Fungus

I copied and saved his photo from his website.

Yesterday, I was so bad with my food allergies.

I had swelling of the face, throat, hands, legs, feet,

and hives, large bags under my eyes, too. The

itches were so bad!

Finally, at 1 p.m. I took a couple teaspoons of Benadryl.

It knocked me out the remainder of the day.

I was diagnosed in 1999 with

many food allergies. Since then, I

eliminated the foods to my allergies.

Here it is 2012, and I realize 

what I have eliminated is not enough.

Fungus feeds on sugar in our bodies

and I eat a lot of fruit. Well, fungi

feeds on a lot of our foods, too, that

we consume.

I have never been a process food eater. 

All my married life my husband and I have

made our food from scratch. Of course

over the years there have been many

slip ups when I have eaten processed food;

but, I would turn it immediately to

home made.

A few years ago, I found Doug Kaufmann,

www.knowthecause.com.

Just this year, I read his book Fungus Link published 2000.

He has newer versions, too.

 Oh my gosh, his book

is so logical. Fungi causes many 

health issues: allergies, candida, IBS, diabetes,

hair loss, cancer, pain, and so on. It is

sad.

Slowly, I have been reading Isaiah this winter.

Every time I open my Bible and read my Bible, I find that God

is amazing! 

I thank him that he gives me the understanding of 

his word.
